If you have an account

Data collected upon registration

When you create an Account in Quboo, you provide your full name, email, and the name of your organization. We store this information in our servers. We do not sell or transfer this information to third parties.

We may include your email in a distribution list to send you emails about new features, promotions and other marketing material related to Quboo and its associates. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time from the links included in the emails.

We may also use your email to communicate changes in the terms of service or privacy policy, and to contact you in case of any issue that may arise providing the services.

User names and aliases

The Quboo plugins and apps transfer data from third party tools to the Quboo server. This data may include personal information such as full names, email addresses, or user aliases.

We only use this data to provide our Services, and we do not transfer or sell your data to third parties.

Data created within Quboo

You can change the names of the players and teams participating in Quboo. You can also give names to Campaigns. Since this information is stored in our servers and accessible via the Public Link, you should ask for explicit permission when using real names or in general any personal data. We strongly advise not to use any personal details in Quboo (full names, phone numbers, etc.), apart from the ones you use when creating the Account (those are not accessible via the Public Link).

Contact forms

When you use a contact form on this site, the server is sending us an email with the data that you entered. This data may be kept in the server in order to improve our service quality and also for audit and legal purposes.

You can opt-out anytime by using the link sent to your inbox when you subscribe or using the links available in each email sent through this service (unsubscribe). We only use the data available in MailChimp to send you emails related to Quboo and other associated sites. We don’t share this information with any other party apart from MailChimp.

Who we share your data with

  • MailChimp – holds the data entered via the MailChimp sign-up form and/or your full name and email address when you create an Account in Quboo.
  • Amazon (AWS) - as the provider of our cloud services, Amazon holds the data that you transfer to Quboo Services.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on Quboo, we store the personal information they provide upon registration. All users can see and delete their Account information at any time. Quboo administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

All computers and servers used for administration of this site need a password. We use strong passwords for all our accounts and follow best practices when storing them.
